Together with Prof. Cesare Barbieri and the Padua Galilean High School, SCRAT organized a scientific meeting in Padua with the ESA scientist prof. Bernard Foing on Tuesday 29 June 2010 .

We presented SCRAT and the REXUS-BEXUS programme, toghether with the Sponge Team. we had a nice conversation with all the students and Foing about the ESA activities and after a “sweet break” with SCRAT Rigoni jams, we finally attented Foing’s lecture:”Towards Robotic Villages & Lunar Bases”!

On Tuesday 22 the SCRAT Team has presented the rexus-bexus programme and its experiment to the Rotary Club Valle dell’Agno during a wonderful welcome evening.

At the end of the event the Past President Claudio Barbieri together with the Incoming President Carlo Crosara has donated a monetary  award to our Team and the  pennant of the Rotary Club.

Particolar thanks to all the members of the Rotary Club Valle dell’Agno for the support and to have taught us their motto  “Service above yourself”!
